To start the new year off right (ha!), I'm going to be doing No Spend January. I just splurged last week with a lot of my Christmas money on the 7" Kindle Fire HD. While I can't wait for it to get here, I have to cut back on any extra spending I may have done in January to keep my savings where it's at.
This is what I am allowing myself.
Groceries.
Rent.
Utilities.
Car payment.
Gas.
Possible textbooks I may have missed for school.
$15 for my brothers birthday gift.
$15 for my roommates birthday gift.
$7 for sheet music for voice lessons.
$6 for possible play for auditions.
There we have it. I'm not working as much this week at the bookstore as I would have hoped (considering today is New Years and I have Thursday off as well) so I'm really hoping this will help me!
